Our ‘Conducting Effective Investigations’ Virtual Boardroom is on Tuesday 9th July @ 12.30pm. The session will likely be 1 hour in duration.

Conducting workplace investigations can be a complex process that requires careful planning, communication, and attention to detail to achieve effective outcomes. Nathan will be drawing on his professional experiences of conducting complex workplace investigations, to share tips and best practice in this informative and interactive session.

Nathan has extensive HR experience across varied HRM and employee relations fields working across the public, private and third sectors including the NHS, professional services, retail, food manufacturing, hospitality, health and social care and engineering. Nathan is a CIPD level 7 qualified and accredited People Management Specialist, with a deep understanding of UK employment law and regulations, coupled with proven project management expertise and ability to implement change.

With 18 years’ experience of working with senior leadership teams in building positive relationships with their people, Nathan works with his clients to provide sound, practical employment advice which considers the legal framework, the employee experience, and commercial drivers.
